I bought this metro for a decent shell to drop my turbo engine into which leaves me with a spare engine!

i can tell you now whilst i jack this thread with this post, loads of sods are cheating as they know if you want to initiate a complaint it usually costs money, mainly as they pull the persons engine to bits !!!

Finding it hard just to get the car to my first race. People do take the piss, and it only ruins the fun for anyone else on a budget. Wrong post to view my point...but got to be said.

The thing is i need a decent shell for my turbo engine, which is not suitable for the cup and there is no way in the world that i could afford a third car let alone find somewhere to park it so i just can't have a metro for racing and one for the road.

Once you have your car, clothing & licence...I think the price per race isn't much difference with a track day. The bonus is you have a good social with other people. All willing to help. I haven't started racing yet, but the people make you feel welcome with good advice Edited by Jason G on 12th Jun, 2007. On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:

No, but i can happily put some up if people would like to see it. It has a red block and head with MG finned rocker cover, short stub stack with a pipercross sock on it and a bit of green washing line as a choke cable. |
