In the garage......again!!

has anyone fitted one of these in a flip roundnose

Iwas wondering if it would fit over the plugs and leads and clear the bonnet. Its a bit bigger than i thought when it arrived*happy**happy*

have a search for cossie or 2wd that should turn up some pics of them in round fronts, off hand i can think of Alex B's frog and Galioflys yellow car that have them, but theres plenty more.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Mine has one fitted, its really easy to pop the intercooler off to change the plugs, its not like you do it that often!

Mine does stick out the front at the minute a little but it will go under a std bonnet, its a 4wd one as well. i just need to make some new pipes which i dont have time to do!

The 2wd is a bit smaller than mine so is easier.

Like this?

Bit wonky I know but it works well. I would have mounted it higher, but I didn't want to cut my bonnet up to get the airflow to it.

excellent, cheers for the pics guys, iain, that looks just about perfect, if it fits under the bonnet ok that is. Drilling 50mm holes into the bonnet to aid cooling should help i reckon.

Mine doesnt at teh minute, its not far off but i reckon with some more work it would. i know for definate that a 2wd drive one does.

For examples check Alex's car, turbo tims old car, Gialloflys car, erm, matty's car,

cant think of any more!
