Bought an ERA Bulkhead box off a chap that knew the owners of ERA. (he owned number 3 ERA too..... wishes he never sold by the way....)

Anyway.....I had started marking up a sheet of metal for a turbo box for the van a number of weeks ago and seeing the two of them together and finding a picture of an ERA box fitted I'm now unsure which to weld in.....

Part of me is fit the genuine ERA, but the other says finish making yours as it's bigger so more air will be allowed to flow around the Turbo......

Would welcome your thoughts on this chaps....

thanks, Mark

Looking at my picture collection.... theres no room for the actuator on the ERA box...so they must have moved the engne forward....

Great minds think alike....mines got a sloping bottom too plus is deep. Feel quite chuffed as its my first, as it looks similar to yours.....bending the sheet was fun...looks like you've used a folding machine and it looks good quality.

Thought I'd find this post and show the ERA box next to a home made one.
