I am really gearing myself up for InterCooler Crazyness

It going to go at a 45 degree angle in from of the brake servo with the top resting on the coil ...

The main air flow will come from the bonnet holes, and possibly some from the grill ...

Will that be enough air to the InterCooler ?

i have a clubman so i am gonna cut a box out below the number plate where the three rectangular holes are, then run the tubing from each end of the cooler to where they need to be.
i reckon it should look pretty good and it'll be right in the air flow

clubman_dan mine has a ERA kit on ...

I was thinking of cutting the section away where the number plate recess is and stuffing it in there ...

I rekon that would look alright as well !

one comment, are you sure that fuel filter can take the pressure??? it may be safer to put the filyer after the fuel pressure regulator, or get a metal bodied one.
