T3 Flange dimemsions

Does anyone have an accurate drawing and dimension of a T3 turbo exhaust inlet flange. The 4 bolt rectangular one.

A CAD drawing would be best. I am gonna have a go at cutting some 3/8" stainless flanges on my CNC plasma cutter next week.


Any help would be great

I'd make them thicker....

At least 12mm.

lol Yeah I will do them thicker, just a trial run really. I have just ordered a machine at work that is capable of 1.1/4" plate.

So got to set it all up again to do cut copensation and current to feed speed ratios etc. It's a case of trial and error to get a nice clean cut and speed and with the least distortion possible. Once I have sorted it out is there anyone else that would like one? What price would people be willing to pay?

Price is hard to say....

Some might pay £10, some maybe £20, some even £30...

Depends how much they need them, and if they can source them elsewhere.

But if ya do a few T4 flanges, i might be interested lol.

Thats fair enough, It's just I amcutting one so may as well cut 5or6 while I am at it. I'm sure I could flog them on ebay anway. I can cut any flange required with a drawing.

I understand what you mean about prices etc elsewhere. Thanks for your comments it nice to get a few veiws on things.
