Bonnet suggestions/ideas?

Basically my bonnet has holes in it.

I was planning on buying an 8 port style one from www.customminis.co.uk but am unsure of the quality as they are apparantely 2nd generation moulds.

Anyone have any suggestions? is there anywhere that i can get a decent fibreglass bonnet for not too much money?

The car is going to have w&P arches with 6x12" wheels. I do like the look of the 8 port and it would allow for more room i expect. IU am also planning on having three circular holes on the drivers side of the bonnet for the intercooler when i get it.

mine is a cheapo kad style type i got frm a minishow for £30, if fits ok, i've heard abs stuff is ok, grp body panals always need some fettling to look like a steel panal

Hmmm, thats kinda restored my faith a bit. Might try abs. They have been going for quite a while.

ABS stuff is good quality for sure.

Try the KAD 16V style bonnet. Curley do the same in carbon fibre if you like that sort of thing

Yeh, i take it the kad 16v bonnet is the same as the 8 port one? Buldge at the front?

Hehe, nah, was tempted in carbon fibre but not going to.

ABS is sounding better by the minute.
