Just out of intrest, what size fuel lines are you running from tank to the carb?

i'm running

tank to pump - 10mm
pump to reg - 8mm
reg to carb - reduces from 8mm to 6mm
return - 10mm

if it helps at all.

Don't have a carb but 10mm od copper tube everywhere

on average most use 8mm feed and return, however i am running 8mm feed and 10mm return there was a good discussion on this topic if you use the search engine it should give you a good bit info *wink*
