making an engine out of parts off both and i'm a bit stuck the 998 is the block i'm using.

Its old engine and out of a metro. I cant get the dizzy out of my 1275 with the module on the side to fit in. Whats the best way to combat this? Do i need to keep to the same dizzy or is there anyway of using it by changing something?

Any problems about using a 1275 carb on a 998 ?

I tried to fit a 1275 dizzy into a 998 block, I made an adapter up and it did run but could never get the thing to run right. Ended up using the standard A dizzy in the end from the 998.
