iam after a straight cut second gear 27 teeth preferably from a challenge set ? anyone got any part sets ?

good point iain, to be honest I can't remeber the gear, but I know I wouldn't have knowingly sold it as shagged. Whats exatcly wrong with it? On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

ok the geezer says the teeth are fine but the syncro thingy on the cog is rounded off so coming down the box will be a nightmare, to be fair i double de clutch all the time so may get away with it ????

I know this is probably to late to help you - but may help someone in the future - don't buy needle rollers from JKD. They told me they aren't available anywhere else and are made specially for them but after a lot of searching i found 2 bearing which they were asking £90 for £15. nope got the gearset off iain, and took my own hellecal set out of the box, the needle bearing is totally different size.
