Has anyone used these folk as im having a right ballache?

I ordered some drop gears from them, long story short they were wrong and i sent them back. However, several weeks later i still havent recieved the correct ones and now i cant contact them.

Has anyone else contacted them recently, if so how? I would be a right ballache to go down there and i doubt i'd get much sucsess.

Any ideas?

Put it this way. Jack Knight are only dealing with us on mini bits and we're finding it hard to get hold of them. Andeh can you pm me the problem and i'll see what i can do.

In the intrim period you should get your money back...easy if its paid by credit card, may be more difficult if you paid by debit.

Either way I would be chasing my money before the gears, especially as your finding it difficult contacting them!
