i have bought this head on ebay and i wanna put this on my engine. i have my old stock metro turbo head and this one.the question is.what is better this head is fully ported,i want 170/180 bananas, i have 1.5 full roller rockers turbo crank with a miglia spec lighneted con rods omega pistoes straight cut lsd etc.what do you think about this head?

its not a turbo version can i have problems??i will gonna buy rimflow valves

it's look like an old cooper s head (manifold flange),so perhaps weaker in valve seats
the chambers doesn't kept any squish effect which will be negative in term of power and adance setting,
if you have omega pistons you can easily dish them a little more, then keep a more conservative comb chambers.
depend of the cam used but 1.5 are not the best, I would use a phase 2 and std rocks (best 1.3 rollers).

Yes, looks like an 163 head to me. They ALWAYS crack their exhaust seats. so if it hasn't got inserts, have them fitted or you're praying for trouble. Especially on a turbo.

Also, the guy who ground your valve seats. Don't use him again...45 degree wide cut... How 18th century is that?
