Whats the standard front suspension set up on era turbos? do they have longer tie-bars?

Im trying to work out how much longer i should make my tie bars and trackrod ends when lowering my mini.

Ive always kept it standard length, ive never known to make them longer. Ive got my adjustable tie-bars at the same length as standard ones.

Thats why i was wondering aobut era turbos, and also maybe miglias? How long do they have them?

Thankyou

James

At a guess I'd say that they put the tie bars on, measure the caster and adjust the length of tie bars, then repeat until they get the amount of caster they want.

iirc they run silly caster, 7.5 degrees springs to mind.

Shorter not longer to increase the caster angle. Don't forget the more caster you have the less camber you get (on a Mini anyway)
