if you have a little bump into the back of another car no damage just a small scratch. 2 swop phone numbers adresses but not car or insurance details. the car infront is a company car and the women says she doesnt think company will bother. should the person that hit the car still tell there insurance, just thinking if they try to sue for whiplash.

the car infront was on her phone and went to pull out then stopped sudden so im assuming its still classed as the cars behind fault, right?

p.s it isnt me.lol

thanx

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

i wouldnt worry about it.

you've exchanged details, if something comes of it you will find out and wouldnt of thought be in the wrong for not saying anything.

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

yeah dont worry

chances are nothing will be done-the people i work for never bother anyway, we've had loads of cars/lorrys run into the back of the vans causing minor dents and its more hassle than its worth for them

if it comes to it, just say that as 'you' werent claiming for anything you didnt have any need to contact the insurance
