scisor ball joint splitterall others are useless., piece of cake. had a hub off today to replace the wheel bearing, took 30 mins all in, from jacking the car up to lowering it back down. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

use a scissor tyoe splitter, when i fitted negative camber brackets i had a go doing it the hammer way and ended up very pissed of, i went and got a splitter and it just came off no trouble, nice and easy |

Never had a problem with a fork type myself. Had the luxury of a good quality scissor type and an air gun a while back, that did make life alot easier.

Allways find leaving a bit of WD to soak in works a treat, especially the top one as it can get right in there. -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |
