Right then, in order to make the boost level alter in different gears in "The DON" I need an ABS sensor to use as a wheel speed sensor. This allows the ECU to calculate which gear you are in and hence alter the boost table according to a gear chart. All very clever stuff!

So has anyone got an ABS sensor off anything kicking about doing nothing? Or maybe a donor car being used for something else that could donate an ABS sensor? Ideally it needs to be reasonably short, and have a flange (fnarr) type mounting.

If not I'll start trawling ebay, but I'd rather give a few quid to someone on here.....

So what you got chaps??

You need to check if you want VR or Hall effect.

I can use either VR or a digital sensor, digital would be nice however I don't know anything that uses a digital sensor, unless anyone else does?

It does need to be on a driven wheel, as it is to calculate which gear the car is in, from engine revs, therefore if I use a rear wheel, if it does wheelspin, this will throw it out, as the engine revs will have risen, but not the road speed.
