Please don't use this forum as a mean to Chav up your Mini. This is not Minifinity.

For rubbish chavtastic questions go there.

If you're grown up, and want to ask technical and questions about serious modifying, this is the place to go. Not for some wanker plastic add ons.

We don't do bullshit on TurboMinis, we never have, and never will. If you don't like it there are plenty other mini forums full of polishers who don't know a spanner from a socket.

mark if ya really want to bling ya engine up, chrome mini wheelnuts fit the headstuds to make them look tidy, i'm not a fan of the bling myself, i'm more of a stonechip primer & brass & fast-ish engine, good handling mini sorta lad!

each to there own n all that though! some ppl like a top paint job i like rust free but well used look! thats why i like "the don" tomf&fastcarl! old green paint & bare grp etc + self made parts, right up my street that car is! i'd drive that as a daily!

i'm liking that rocco above is it fireman sams pulling wagon lol *happy* needs to sit higher up i reckon lol *tongue*

the Search-section on this forum is blummin superb & simple to use, unlike some other forums, without the search-section & the help of this bunch of chaps on here i'll never be able to !!!Start the day with a 998cc turbo!!! :) i'm getting closer though!

Each to there own n all.
That is true :)
All i wanted was some caps to go over My cylinder nuts, coz they look crappy Thats all asked. and i get the 3rd Degree.
Thing is, ive always been Polite with Everyone on here, and there is no need for few of you to talk to me the way you do. thought this was meant to be a friendly place to be a ask what ever insane question I ask. maybe i dont know half as much as some of you, but for a 32 year old, i guess im way behind, and have had a wanky life latley.
So from now on, with all respect, dont talk to to me like that please.
Coz ive lost someone in my life, and im on the edge abit with stress a the minute. so please with love :) dont talk to me like this. maybe say it in a nicer manner..
Im here to make friends and get help, not to be abbused. im very greatfull with all the help i get, and i dont want to upset anyone, as im an easy kind of guy, just thick when it comes to minis. but im learning... sorry about the sob story lads, but just go abit easy on me yeah..
Cheers..

Vegard might have been a bit abrupt, but like he said, TM isnt MF.

Vegard is a straight to the point, no bullshit guy. I'm sure that he did not mean to be malicious in any way or to upset anyone. He just says exactly what he feels.

This forum would not half as effective in regards to advice if people didn't speak their minds!

honest mark!!! the chrome mini wheelnuts fit the headstuds!

i had them on my old mini clubman 1100, it does make them look smarter

the lads on here are a good bunch & prefer members to use the search as 1st port of call,

i'm a novice myself & its kicked me up the arse to learn about my mini being on here, i hold my hands up, i have had to read up old minimags/my haynes manual/vizard book + other stuff on the net etc to understand what these chaps are on about sometimes but thats a good thiing!

vegard is str8 to the point & i admit i have a lil chuckle at his replys cause of them being so errrrmmm "short n sweet" lol but he knows his beans too!!!

plenty of good info on here so honest stick around chap! keep going on the mini project n if ya questions seem stupid so what! theirs plenty of chaps on here that like the spangly/shiney engine!

as starmag put it: Dont want this site to become clicky

If you want pretty head studs, buy a set of wheel nuts, machine the taper off, and hey-presto!

Why not fit the taper upwards?

I can't think of any where that sells them, but it might be worth having a look at the trade stands at MITP some one is bound to have them.
