Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

this looks like a home made bodged up fitting to go in the top of the oil filter housing inlet

for a pipe to go on for an oilcooler

anyone else ?

That looks like the brake-line fittings - the braided ones you assemble yourself?

How big is it? 20mm or 20 inches long?

An idea of scale would be most helpful!
My money is on a (buggered) adapter for a mechaical oil pressure gauge into where the pressure sensor usually goes.

That's not what TD said, but I reckon Paul (and Graham before) have it.

You're right.
I said it looked like a -3 or -4 (or JIC3 / JIC4) hose end used on brake lines...
And picked up by various aftermarket companies to run turbo feeds.

No, he said it was a "brake line fitting" implying to myself an aeroquip -3 fitting that could be used for any high pressure fluid e.g. oil/brake fluid/clutch fluid.
