i have just fitted my diff. Though i have not put any oil in it yet, when i turn the output shafts by hand, it turns freely until i get to a certain point then it becomes stiff. if i turn it back and forth at that point it will turn freely. Is this anything to worry out or will it free up once up and running?? thanks guys |

it has been suggested it may be something else in the gearbox binding. The gearbox has just been re-built. Though i had to change the diff ect. any thoughts? |

Did it bind before you put the quaife in?

sometimes new synchros make this, oil them it should cure stiff synchros problem |
