Could anyone reccomend aplace for buying ali or stainless i/c piping 50mm i/d. I guess its cheaper, then making it all in hose ?? 9 valves, 4 wheel drive, 3 cylinders, 1 turbo, which got nicked |

I was going to just use 2" exhaust !!

Im thinking of using 2" stainless exhaust stuff as well, using it for standard bends too. |

never thought off stainless steel exhaust stuff we change a few of them at work wahoo ill go and search the scrap pile tommorrow no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

You might find the exhaust piping is very thick walled, this may cause a slight loss in flow if you use silicone bends to join it ??

I rekon on 2" exhaust .. and 54 mm silicon ?

Im hoping that the exhaust pipe is 2" OD but not sure, should be getting some this week. Im using silicon to connect them but chamfering the inside edge of the pipe so there isnt as much of a step, just whack it in the lathe give it a nice shallow chamfer. |

i used bits of a volvo exhaust as they have very good bends that was about 2"
