I got some exhaust wrap off someone, which has no instructions etc.

i just wrapped it round and tied a clove hitch then trimmed off the end |

I just used abit of wire tied round to hold mine in place. |

A good tip to getting it tight is to dampen the wrap, this allows it to be wound on tighter, well worth doing ! http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c248/spe...er1/mini007.jpg

I got some stainless steel cable ties off ebay to do this with, they weren't overly expensive.

i've heard that you wet it to put it on because, as said above, it allows you to get it tighter and its not as messy, as when its dry its very dusty. is this true?? |
