my only position without exposing my intercoole rto the world is where I said ; If i made up some shroud around the hole on the bonnet that forced the air onto the cooler ; as long as it were vertical; that should force the air through and out the back of the bonnet ( its up on its hinges )

A very compact, efficient intercooler is the unit fitted to Vauxhall Diesels.

on my min i had one off a 1.7 td cav and made new ends and had it all tig welded up to fit in just rite |
