Here is an example of a pretty bad install... *tongue*
Far too much of an angle. Air will take the easiest route - and flow over it...

my only position without exposing my intercoole rto the world is where I said ; If i made up some shroud around the hole on the bonnet that forced the air onto the cooler ; as long as it were vertical; that should force the air through and out the back of the bonnet ( its up on its hinges )

Its gotta be better than nothing dosnt it ??

Please rememeber that I am new to this ;; dont hit me mate !!

I would get the slimmest intercooler possible, and mount it in the best place!

A very compact, efficient intercooler is the unit fitted to Vauxhall Diesels.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...2481868009&rd=1 They're like this - but slightly thinner - only a 7 row i think...

I'll give u a number of a guy to ask - or put an advert on www.Migweb.co.uk
