my turbo engine seems to hold back at about 3000rpm can and one help me determine what it is

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

would guess this is a fuelling problem, make sure the fuel pressure is ok, everything's correctly connected etc. loads of different thins, need some more info really, i.e. slightly holding back, or alot?
most likely needs RR'ing

fuel lean-out most likely.
