Does power go through gearbox?

Shell looks funny. Im sure i can see seams.

Havent seen a fibreglass shell wit seams b4

Dont know about rusty but on thing is for sure, the drivers wheel arch looks as if its about fall out

and if you notice,

I saw that car many many years ago at a Mini show at Donnigton, it looked a state and was a non runner then.
