Swindon

started off as a city e, had a engine transplant (1275 metro a+ N/A) before i bought it in january. this is how it looked

then started removing what i really didnt want and fixing the rear light as it got smashed the day before i bought it.

i then bought a k&n airfilter off of Ollie on the site and fitted it

a couple of weeks later i got the car moved from my friends house to mine. then the work began. fitted the mini spechial arches, fitted the front light, indicators, side repeaters.

which i then worked on to get to an mot standard, it looks a bit rough but was getting there with a nice wonky numberplate.

then went on to buy a few little bits and bobs for the car, i got 3point sparco harnesses, carbon fiber look 2 pod dash and 2pod dials, new rev gauge and a vinal numberplate and painted the bonnet up

i have now fitted 165/60/r12 yoko A539 tyres all arround (unfortunatly dont have the same wheels on the front and back due to the wheel balancing machine at work breaking)

Will it get through an MOT with the reg painted on the bonnet? If so, i might do that with mine, it looks good. *happy*

yes they will if the plate is reflective. that numberplate wont but i still have the original plastic one :) i kept the plate original size font just less white on each side to make it a bit smaller

i will measure the wheel up
"taken from another post (http://turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=176674) it is a • Astrali Steering wheel" i did not know what wheel it was but i like it an awful lot, may part from it when i build up my new shell and have a snap off wheel instead.
