Recently, due to bad engine harmonics and 2 not-just-quite-round wheels, my mini has been shrugging off nuts and bolts at an alarming rate! The latest victim was the bolt from the radiator bracket into the cowl (actually there's two but the other one is long gone). Minispares has the bushes and sleeves:

I use the grommets shown and a standard, short bolt with some oversize washers. that are about the size of the OD of the grommet.

You just need a 1/4 UNF bolt, 3/4 or 1" long. Job done.
