anyone got one of these not fitted that they can give me some dimensions from??

i need

1) Overall length of PIPE ONLY
2) ID of Banjo union
3) Thickness of banjo union

also if anone knows the thread size used in the turbo and block thet would be really helpfull too.

May be able to get them made up cheap.

im getting one made using the original unions (IE a LOT more work for them as the have to weld on new outlets to the banjo's) for ?30.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

You'll be suprised how much it costs to have one made.
Banjo in the turbo is a very odd size, its 1/8th american paralell pipe thread. block is 1/8th bspt.
Its very easy to use the original adaptors and just have a hose made with them on each end. i dont know why people get rid of the old adaptors as they do the job well.

The kits that are available (through myself and others) do include all fittings required.

By all means try to get something done cheaper but i found it difficult so went back to the original supplier to minispares/avonbar etc.

*smiley*

if you need anymore thread info give me a shout as i had everything measured up at work.

basically the 1/8th bsp size is common and then the other end is m10 x 1 sized which is also common.

the one on that page is right for one end.

You need to work out the adpators as well though, not just the pipe. Thats what adds up!

the pipes can be made with just two correct sized banjos for about ?20/?25

when you work out that the kits are ?45 posted then you only have about ?10/?15 to sort all the adaptors and T pieces. Plus then if your selling them something for yourself.

That ?45 soon disapears, i couldnt get them made really for less without a lot of hassle and running around.

Just a thought *smiley*
