I am thinking of an air intake through the bonnet and place the intercooler direct under it. does anyone know where to get these polyesther bits? or maybe a weblink?
Anyone any ideas about this?

This was actually at a moment I was NOT thinking about sex.

try getting some brake ducts, that might do the job, i know they do very big ones.

just dismounted from the wheelie bin
