i need to set my timing up right, it is returded so i need to advance it to about 8 i believe. when i turn the dizzy clock wise i get stoped by the module hitting the starter moter. what can i do to solve this problem with out taking the drive out of the engine. as i have heard it can drop into the gearbox |

The best option ist to take out the drive and change one or two teeth, second option is to rotate the dizzy about 90 ?counterclockwise and change the sparkplug cables,

screw a long bolt into the drive (it has a thread in the centre of it) and then be carefull and you shouldnt drop it in the gearbox no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

it can :( .. never happened to me tho as i use the bolt method :) the suggested bolt is uber-good as it usualy has a tapered end, so is very easy to locate. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
