sent money on paypal, its gone to another person with almost exact email address, its been lying unclaimed,i have tried to reclaim the money but geting no were, try geting paypal on phone keep getting dont reconise your responce on phone, sent 4 emails to cutomer service over 3 days no replly yet they have all transation details,,,,,,,,,,,is this normal or unuasual |

I've just received a transaction confirmation for £614.95 regarding a purchase someone has made on my account!!!!!!!!!!!!! just spent the last hour cancelling my card and reporting it to paypal and changing details.....

If you go to help in your paypal account and type "unclaimed payment " in the search box, it will tell you what to do.

You can cancel the payment using you paypal acount on line I did the smae a few months back.
