Anyone fitted one/seen one fitted?

This is a mini exhaustpipe that runs from the wastegate rather than allowing the wastegate gases back into the exhaust system (that then disrupts the exhaust flow). These are often short pipe from the wastegate with or without a silencer and they "scream" when the turbo's on boost (as they vent the wastegate gases).

Am interested as have never heard or seen one before. Just wondering if anyone has pictures/audio or has just seen or heard one!

You can't...

Both the T2 and T3 have internal wastegates...

Well I suppose you could fabricate your own manifold and include another wastegate, but it would be pointless!

have seen this on 911 turbos when i was hillclimbing, they sound awfull!

My mate had a powerful RX7 and he might do that to his, But he had an ex waste gate, there are VERY VERY loud indeed!

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

I have seen one on an IHI turbo on a Davrian (Hilman Imp engined Kit car) Unfortunately the car had a few problems on the day I saw it so it never really made much noise.
