essex

fitting the discs and calipers this wekend, just wanted to know if these sheilds fit on and are they really needed?

they are not needed

but without know what brakes you have or what sheilds you have I don't have a clue if they will fit :p

at the moment i have the standard 8.4 set up and i,m fitting the metro turbo vented with the 4 pot calipers i also have the shields from the metro.

if you plan to use any I'd say the metro ones as the caliper is wider *I think* so the cutout should be wider

but lot's of people includeing myself don't bother as they are only good for more rattles and as stone traps *wink*

I have had them on for a while and off for a while, and there has been NO difference that i noticed.

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph
First 5 port miniturbo to make over 200 bhp on a carb?

i never put them on as if there not there they cannot brake and make your car fail its MOT
