Thought I might as well show you my mini as youve probably been waiting to see it

Still got alt to do yet in the interior (looks like a bin) suspension and brakes but other than that not alot to do

Wanna put a f/g front on but ill wait till tim worm kicks in.

Not keen on the vinyl roof or the repeaters on the front wings but apart from that it looks smart.

I agree all the way tom. Carl made me do it.

If and when the front end goes, ill change indicators to their rightful place

And me roof.....well I'm going to have to keep it. :(

Its back up and running....ish.
Got me 1293 engine built up and in and full adjustable front end bits.

However, bad points already are, fuellings WAY out and brakes are naff.

What happened with the brakes is a long story, but for those of you who know the kirkstone pass in the lakes, there is a puddle of brake fluid now at the bottom of it. I think what happened was, my calipers bound up on the disc, got very very hot and bleed nipples came loose, Thank god i had a handbrake

Dont buy second hand ally calipers that need the pad area machining!!!

I believe ive sorted my brakes

Turns out 7.9" just wasnt small enough for my discs. As the disc got hot and expanded, it was rubbing on the caliper, producing more heat. Disc was bright blue on the edge

was that the lakes... great roads and a bit test for any mini..

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

Thats all looking really clean

Well RR'd and running fine, apart from my fuel deprevation problem.
Apart from that, new engine is "adequate" for now.

60ish BHP at the wheels @4krpm and had to abandon the run, so i can see a bit more coming out of it if i get the fuel sorted.
