Hi

I am going to do a swap to a front mounted rad, and I am also going to start using a meziere electric waterpump. I am using a standard mini thermostat housing.

The rad will be lower than the highest point containing water in the engine so I have to have a chance of getting rid of the air and I also need a place to fill the water.

The pump has a bleed screw, so I can bleed out air from here, but that means I will have to mount the pump at the highest point right?

This means that a expansion tank is needed if I cant mount the pump high I guess?

if yes, I have seen many tanks that have two big pipes and one thin. I guess the thin is just overflow. The two thicker ones I don't get. One should be t pieces into the bottom hose I think, but what about the other?

Thanks in advance!
