If required I have the ability to etch custom circuit boards, basically I can make any single side circuit board (in reason) up to about 20cm * 25cm, all I need is the design either on paper or .jpg (preferably with some text on it to reduce the chances of me printing it upside down).

Prices are a bit random, as the time / effort involved in making one board is about the same as making 5, since the majority of the time / cost is setting up the kit & safely / legally disposing of the acid afterwards, but it'll be about £20 for a batch of 1 to 5 boards plus the cost of the blank PCBs, I tend to use Microtak Boards from Mega which produce reasonable results & don't cost the earth.

Note I'm not looking to make money here, more a case of looking to use what tools / skills (if you can call staring at a tank of acid a skill) I have with other TM members as I know it can be a pain to get circuit boards make if you don't have access to a lab.

EDIT: I've now got a proper PCB drill, so I can drill the boards as well.

If there is enough demand would you concider producing a board for the necessary diodes needed to correct the tacho feed from th mj unit for using a tacho?

TBH it would be such a small board (only three diodes) that I doubt it would be worth making on it's own but I could probably knock out a load using off cuts the next time I etch some boards (no idea when that will be mind)

Possibly, although I am very rust when it comes to circuit design so it really depends what you're after.
