Hi all, just wondered if anyones ever raced on an 1/8 mile strip before? Is it worth it or is it all over as soon as it starts, if you know what I mean? The reason I'm asking is one has started on an old WW2 airfield not to far from me, so was wondering whether it's worth checking it out?

Never done it, all over in 8.5 seconds though, and probably not into 4th gear, is it really worth it?
