M45 Eaton supercharger.

Hi guys. Just joined love the site and the information it gives. I live in New Zealand. Iam seeking information on the fitting the M45 charger to the Nissan A15 1500cc pushrod motor. This motor is a Jap copy of the BMC A series engine. It Has 5 bearnig crank and 8 port alloy head. I have a lot of information from many websites.
Questions that I need help with. Does anyone know the the following. The diameter of the crankshaft pulley on the BMW mini. The normal compression ratio before supercharging. The amount of boost and at what RPM. The ratio of the supercharger drive. Is it 2:1. This motor is fitted to my Austin healy sprite, runs 5 speed gearbox. Thanks in advance. Ben

A15 sounds like a nice engine; is the 8 port head compatible with the BMC A?

We can help with the supercharger, but I don't think we know much about the Bini engine.

But you may be lucky.

yep its a nissan. Information on there engines is here Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/nissan_A_engine Tells all from the A10 to the A15.
Mine run Twin sidedraughts 40mmm High Lift Cam, Head mods. Pulls to 8000 Rpm. Set rev Limit to 7000 for racing. Best top speed 6500 RPM in th gear. Will try To get some pics after the weekend. Mini 23 Do you have an e mail Addy I can contact you on Thanks Ben
