well unfortunatly time has come where i think im gonna have 2 sell my mini engine, i wernt gonna sell it just yet but think ill have to. anyway it will probably be going on the bay as a complete unit but what is the minimum i should sell it for please people? roofly lol (sp?)

engine;
a+ over bored 20 thou fitted with avonbar/accralite 18cc dished pistons. cam 5851 (or whatever it is lol) crank with center main strap. phase2 camshaft. powerflow oil pump. double timing chain with vernier adjustable gears. standard head with unleaded valve seats. 1.3 roller rockers. standard T3 turbo. with braided oil pipe for feed. avonbar downpipe. HC racing modified plenum. dumpvalve.

ignition;
megajolt v3 with coil pack, crank sensor, leads and machined bottom pulley.

gearbox;
minisport straightcut gearset, minisport straightcut drop gears, minispares x-pin diff. lightened/balanced pre verto flywheel with grey diaphram and organic plate.

this was all a new build last year and puts out 167bhp. only bad point is that it crunches from 3rd to 2nd but only when thrashing it.

theres no engine number on block tho as it were lost at the machine shop what should i say/ do about this.

estimations please
thanks

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I'll give you £1500 cash now for it.

Seriously though, I'm interested. I need to replace my gearbox and I was thinking about getting a new bottom end while it was out.

Get in touch once you have a price in mind.

In the 13's at last!.. Just

Don't worry about engine number Carl, virtually any mini engine that has been machined looses its engine no plate.

Just looking at the spec, 167bhp is impressive with the standard cylinder head.

Great piece of kit this engine.

For a std head and turbo, it goes like a mother.

Back once again like a renegade master
