hello there folks, yer i did do a search! however ive decided against the long stroke and im going to do a 1380,

on omega pistons with a 6cc dish
s rods
a good head from ben ross (i would like some recomendations on valves and such please)

a Wedged,Re-Ground Blade Edged, cross drilled crank

and straight cut drops

a few mods to the block (under crown jets, if its posible on such a big bore)

and of course mj.

running on a t3 turbo or a t2.5 on an adapter plate.

a rs turbo or something of similer size and a n2o system to spray onto it for the drag strip passes

the 28psi actulator from avonbar

a side mounted super 4 core from mini spares and a mpi radiator upfront also. inter cooler infront of radiator.

i think your building your engine back to front

decide what you want from your engine, and build it to spec, rather than decide on the spec and figure out what it will do

all that crank work and s rods are ott in most peoples minds, just get your a+ setup balanced and hardened with some arp rod bolts and youve savedwedge you can put toward a better matched turbo etc

and a phase 2 or 3 and that should be around 8.3 if i have my calculations correct

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

dont bother with a fancy crank, its a waste of money in most turbos

a minispares 2 core rad will do the job just fine

Id suggest an 8psi actuator

dont bother with intercooler spray

and stick to the phase 2

You can have 160 bhp easy without the majority of that machine work.

All that crank work wont make it anymore reliable and wont give you much more power.

Its going to be tricky to get 8.3 compression ratio with 6cc omegas, i run 11cc dished omegas that dont quite come flush with the block at TDC so i get 14cc there, and with a bk450 head gasket and 30cc chambers im at around 8.3-1.

You should be able to P_ss 160 like Nic said. 150- 160 bhp, things last as well.

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph
