I know that some of you guys use them but...

1. Will the T25 from a Nissan 200sx fit on this manifold?

2. Will it fit without bulkhead mods?

Thanks

1. Yes It will fit

2. No bulk head mods required, only thing i had to tweak was to grind a bit off one of the webs on the back of the block to clear the compressor.

Bear in mind the 200sx units will have an a/r ratio of 0.48 or even 0.64.... posibly a bit big for your run of the mill turbo a-series

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

same as me, i also gorund some of the exhaust casting on the turbo but nothing major and it was all done with an angle grinder.

as Dan says, most will be too big, i run one of the .48's and it seems spot on for me.

t25 from a rover 220 tomcat is what you need, although you will need to get hold of another compressor housing with the correct a/r since the rover unit has an integral dump valve built -in that gets in the way on the back of the block

this despite being off a 2.0 litre it is imo more suited than the 200sx units

companies like bbtuning used to supply the very same turbo as a stage 3 hybrid unit for the ol' r5 gt turbo's (1.4 litre)

the same turbo seems to be delivering the goods for iain

Now that you mention the Tomcat turbo, you can get a blank-off plate to replace the built in dump valve. Will this alleviate the clearance issues or would a new housing still be the best way?

nope, need to get rid of it as it gets right in the way.

the alternate housing are available easily enough and it looks much neater.
