same as me, i also gorund some of the exhaust casting on the turbo but nothing major and it was all done with an angle grinder.

t25 from a rover 220 tomcat is what you need, although you will need to get hold of another compressor housing with the correct a/r since the rover unit has an integral dump valve built -in that gets in the way on the back of the block

Now that you mention the Tomcat turbo, you can get a blank-off plate to replace the built in dump valve. Will this alleviate the clearance issues or would a new housing still be the best way? On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:
