does anyone know he site which gives you the designs for the center console and dashboard?

The dimensions for, you mean?

I cant say I know where to get them from, You could try emailing minitraliers, but I'd be surprised if they gave you any help, obviously they make their money by selling these things, and dont want everyone to be making them.
