have a look in you local town or city, and see if any new schools have been built recently,
if so drop into the old school and see if they have any FI setups.

To contact Roger Williams regarding the head, email him at rwilliams@sealyisd.com. If you want to mention you've had a chat with me (David Rivers) thats fine.

the head looks very nice, but it would appear to be almost a copy of the weslake semi cross flow a series head, its a shame it has square exhaust ports, as everybody knows round ports flow so much better than square.

Another Weslake head… now this is a bit weird!

This is what Weslake have to say about the head, "Two tier Weslake 8 Port BMC A Series CylTinder head. This is the 1960's design cylinder head as used so successfully by Dr. George Shepherd in his Austin A40 during the 1960 season he was able to hold his own with 3.8 Jaguars, frequently passing them on the corners.
It was however at Snetterton that he achieved his ambition by beating the entire Jaguar entry. By the end of the season he had obtained 11 class wins set 5 lap records, been awarded the BMC Bonneville trophy for winning outright the BRSCC supatura championship for cars up to 1 litre capacity."

Nice Weslake valve cover at £69.00!

Head and valve cover can be viewed at: http://www.weslake.co.uk/

I have seen these before with webbers, the inlet was over the rocker assembly and webbers past the exhaust a 90° U shape entery for the air. The pictures of it unfortunately are on my old pc which I no longer have though :'(

id be useing EFI 100% with this 8 port head i think it be pointless trying to fit crabs in such small space mush easier to fit injectors n rail near the head then some runners to the plenum with integrated water/air IC via a single TB
lol need to stop painting imaginary pictures that may not happen! altho easy to say harder to do...

its nice to window shop n dream...

No, it was abit like a k series vvc inlet manifold but over the rocker cover like a U shape on its side →

Like this but all the way over the rocker cover and webbers over the exhaust area.

ive seen this head with the valves at an angles like the V8s have it looks good to me except how the bloody hell to the rockers work... clearly some custom made ones is required ! kinder weird how the push rod holes are so far from the intakes..

edit: the rockers must have two shafts mounded in the one post i think due to needing the shaft between valve and push rod to make them work
would need a fabricated rocker box too..
also i dont think this head would ever come up to have the chance to buy it nor it be cheep!
i do like the design tho !
moveing on to something more possible i think..

the head im talking about is called 9D733 'Hemi' cross flow FJ head.

Look at the inflated prices of this stuff. Unless you have a ton of cash to throw around and are set on recreating some historic nostalgia, these should be of no interest. It would be easier, cheaper and you'd have more performance from a KAD or K 16v head.

In the 13's at last!.. Just

its just pure mini porn, the Japs love that kind of stuff and money isnt really an object when its one of a kind, they wont go on cars... just in glass cases....
