ive got the head off mine at the moment is it worth me sticking 1.5 rollers on it when i chuck it back together bairing in mind i have a quick road car not a race car Crystal Sound Audio said:

Depends on what mileage you want out of it i guess. Think they destroy the followers/cam in about 15k ish. (Dont quote me, somebody will tell you for sure)

rebuild every 12 months and id use them no worries. Its what im planning, not a rebuild every 12 months though but a good strip and inspection.

any recommendations ?? is it really worth me going to a full roller set ??? are the cheap stuff like the minisport ones any good ??? Crystal Sound Audio said:

I wouldn't bother with full rollers, roller tipped will do the job. I've had my Minispares ones for 5-6 years now, no probs.

They are all made by Windsor or Titan anyway, so just go by price and service really!
