i cant see why they shoudlnt work, as long as both 1/2's of the steering colomn are held in there correct working positions should be up to the job, at college we had nylon bush's made up which were snug into a circlular mount then obviously a nice bit of free movment on the internal diamiter which the colomn sat David. |

Not measured the steering column but 19mm ID sounds big? |
