im selling a very very fast 1400cc a series engine, its had a resent dismantle to inspect bores, crank, cylinders ect which are all in good condtion! the crank is stardard but has been heat treated and there is also centre main strap for extra strengh, it has a piper 285 rally cam and omega pistons. the gear box, flywheel, clutch are all a+ and also in good condtion. the cylinder head is a stardard a+ head. all the engine needs is a head gasket because i havnt put the head on since the inspection and it also needs rocker gear and push rods. any offers

hi, its a std a+ box, it was running at 110 bhp but with a stage 3 head. |

it would of been but when i checked the head and it had a small crack between valves so i put the std head on but it still will be a very quick engine! |

can the head be welded up? or is it past fixable?

The cracks wont be much of a problem, if its a decent head, it will be fine On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

no sorry its just a std head. the pistons are 74mm omega pistons which i think makes it 1399 |
