Just thought i post this:

5 port head for a Bimmer SC setup.

guy wanted a alternative for decompression plates.

so far i have managed to get the chambers to 27.5cc and i reckon that will be enough.

used my cunning trick to use a router and stone to do much more accurate grinding of the chamber floors.

alas the pictures make it look crap.. in real life it looks pretty though

Indeed,

carbide burrs and stones work a treat in a router! also flap wheels if you have a variable speed one, if not..... bita of sandpaper everywhere!

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

free hand is much better ...... having said that i have many year experience
and it takes some practice to get things right what works and what dont.......!!!

if i used a route a would injure myself

i do the most of it freehand but for setting the chamber depths i find this more accurate.

mind you i use a router with a speed controller set to about 13k not 30k rpm

oh i bought 30 meter rolls of purple scotchbrite forr a tenner..nice stuff too
