im fitting my motor tonight and over the wk end has any got any good tips ? i noticed some one mentioned to try and get the bulkheadbox nice and low anything else ? oh and there was summin about the carb heat sheild being in the way do i need to remove this? |

Fit the box and away you go. just look at the pics we've done in how to and you'll find it goes in easy. Shield may foul, i take it off for initial fitment of the engine then put it on afterwards. It is tight though with the std steady, auto or adjustable steady does the job better. |

most people also recomend drilling the engine mounts 1/2" further forward to get more clearance, better cooling etc, also i'd get theadjustable engine steady, mine fouls the bulkhead without it! |
