I brought a set off Rover 200 stalks a while back with the same intention (I wanted ones with a rear wiper for the BOC) but they don't fit on the Mini steering column. I've also got a Montego (or could be Mastero) column complete with stalks that I'm going to fit to the clubby, I reckon that they might fit on a Mini column, I'll check on the weekend.

My new Subaru even has the foglight switch on the stalks. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Do you have a steering column cowling? If you ignition and start button elsewhere then remove the barrel and put a rotary light switch in its place - I did this and it works well.

did the metro, meastro and montego not share the same column switches? I never checked but I do recall they appeared the same in the cars I had (just admitted owning a montego there - back to rehab!) |

my steering column is mounted off the roll cage, basically a tube with bearings in each end and a snap off steering wheel.

The TF has a very simular column to the mini, two stalks with the lights on the indicator stalk |
