If i switch my mini off after a run when its warm sometimes the starter is really lazy, like the battery is flat, its like that for about 2-3 tyrns then it spins up quick and starts the car, starter goosed?

never fails when its cold though, only when its been running

High resistance connection, not helped by the head possibly

Do you have a good eart connection from the block to the body?
