If i switch my mini off after a run when its warm sometimes the starter is really lazy, like the battery is flat, its like that for about 2-3 tyrns then it spins up quick and starts the car, starter goosed? |

High resistance connection, not helped by the head possibly

Do you have a good eart connection from the block to the body?
