what are the 2 smaller pipes for? "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

the plenum looks a little too small as well. Isn't there a certain size it needs to be? |

Possibly charge cooler? water flow around the core? Dump valves also a possibility? Or simply mounting dowls? (although a little large?)

Ive spoke to the guy and its custom made to fit in the recess next to the brake servo of a metro turbo although there was no mention of what the smaller pipes were for. In my watch list now anyways :) 1986 renault 5 gt turbo
