well just got delivery of my aem afr gauge kit from tunertools from the grand us of a at £155 on my door step, bargain or what.

so just got to fit it now and away we go.

spent a bloody fortune this year on the hog, with body rebuild, respray, new engine x2 new intercooler, mega jolt and now this, but should all be worth it.

but still cant get bloody rev counter to work, doesnt work of the pip but works at half revs with diode stack, but my dad ( elctronic keek) said try and use 7.5v zenner instaed of the 15v one so going to try that and if that fails he recon we can simply caibrate along with the laptop and use a some vairible control thingy so hopefully should soon be sorted.

mind you the rev counter is not so desparte as im still running in.

which reminds me she needs a oil change so better do that soon as she has gone over the 100 mile mark.

have you tried taking the rev counter feed from the edis plug dude?

she has had some beens mate, had her upto 6-7 psi through the gears at about half to 3.4 throttle for the first 20 miles, now just driving more normally with out give her to much.

hoggy that may be a type that has a white wire looped a couple of times through a pickup ,in the meter , if so ,try looping it through one or two more times to give a stronger signal.

well afr gauge now in and running. welded the boss just pass the gear change and fit nicely in the tunnel.

cruising reading seem to be about 13 give or take .5

seems to lean out with 5 psi and feathered throttle to 15 ish but soon drops when lifting to cruising speed and neg boost, as im still running in havent done full throttle blast at low boost yet.

but i think its going to be ok but may need some more meat of the bottom of the needle when i go to the rollers.
